We had a sunny balcony. Comfortable beds in the rooms. You should definitely explore Circoscrizione 1 district, its worth it.

Taste the food in Tasteit, you only need to walk 400 feet to reach it. Here we were near to few of our favorite spots such as ducal palace of modena:)))
